Cancellations, Changes, and Returns
Player 1 Customs will gladly accept any merchandise purchased from the Player 1 Customs Online Store. In most cases we can help you over the phone in determining which part is faulty due to system check. This way you don’t have to send the entire product back (if ordering custom PC).
In order to receive a refund he item(s) must be in its original condition with all original parts and returned within 30 days of delivery. All refunds and cancelled orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Taxes, shipping, and any custom work done are not refundable.
If you receive an incorrect item or if the merchandise is damaged or defective, please contact email@example.com immediately. We will respond to your request within a couple of business hours.
Player 1 Customs cannot change an order once it has been submitted. If you would like to change your order, you must first cancel the order and place a new one. To cancel an order after it has been submitted, please contact the Player 1 Customs customer service center immediately.
If the order has not yet been processed, a customer service representative will be able to cancel your order and refund your credit card for the full amount. If the order has already been processed and you would still like to cancel your purchase, please follow the return instructions after receiving your package.
At this time, Player 1 Customs does not offer exchanges for its online store.
Please allow 14 business days for receipt and processing of your returned merchandise. If the return is approved, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment only. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.
If you do not have your order receipt, your return will be processed for the current price of the item on the Player 1 Customs online store and you will receive Player 1 Customs online store credit.
We cannot accept items that have been altered or changed beyond just opening it and trying. Out of respect to future customers, refunds are eligible only for: Items free of markings and containing no creasing or other damage to the product. In the unlikely event that you do not receive the confirmation e-mail within 15 days of posting your return shipment to us, please contact our Customer Service center, with your order number.
If the item is in need of repairs within 30 days of delivery, you will not be charged with shipping. Contact us immediately and, if eligible, we will send over a return label. We will then send a working unit at no cost to you.
Our systems come with lifetime labor and technical support. Warranty does not include part replacement or shipping costs after the 30 days of delivery. However, we do offer yearly warranty plans to cover these costs.
